Loading DS save games onto WiiU virtual games using Loadiine

I have looked at many guides ,but I can't seem to load a DS .sav file in place of the .save file that the Virtual Console generates for you. For example, I tried a method that someone suggested that just says to change the name of the DS save to the name the WiiU gives. I did this and this did not work.
