So, you got banned from Wii U for being an idiot. Great job.
You could probably go change your serial, but that involves prodding about with sys_prod.xml and the likes, which is kind of ehhhh...

This guide uses the FREE DLC "Mercedes Benz" to do the trick. You need download it on eshop.

In this tutorial I'll show you how to play Mario kart 8 with all DLCs unlocked without start a CFW or something for this. yesterday I was screwing around with tools and hex editing and found out how to replace the starman music from mario kart 8, located in the file /vol/content/audio/turbo_sound.bfsar
(this tutorial was written with windows in mind)
NOTE: This was preformed with a dump of Mario Kart 8 USA. I dont know if this works for other regions
